Once I register a keyword, for how long do I own it?

Your keyword remains in your account for as long as you make the monthly payments. If you cancel your account, the keyword becomes available for others.


Am I locked into a contract? Can I cancel?

The Youtext Mobile Marketing service is provided on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time. Be sure to cancel before your billing date. We can't give partial month refunds.


Can I start with the lower plan and then upgrade if I need more?

Yes, our application makes it very simple to upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan. It only takes a few minutes and can be done at anytime.


Do you have a referral or affiliate program?

Which wireless carriers work with Youtext Mobile Marketing application?

Youtext Mobile Marketing currently works on Bell Canada, Rogers Wireless, Fido, Telus, Koodo, Boost, Virgin and Northern Tel.


If I have message credits left over at the end of the month, do they carry-over to the next month?

Message credits included in our plans do not carry over. Each month on your cycle-end date, the credits are reset to your plan amount.


How can I upload, or enter mobile phone #'s to one of my marketing lists?

Subscribers can only be added to your list by sending a text message to your keyword.


Can I try before I buy?

Yes, we offer a free trial account that lets you use all of the features of Youtext Mobile Marketing application. This free account now includes 50 messages.


Do I need to put software on my computer?

No software is required. You configure your keywords through a simple web site.


What if I just want to run a one-time 2 month long campaign?

With Youtext Mobile Marketing, you sign-up on a month to month basis. There are no contracts. When your campaign is completed, simply download your data and cancel the keyword. It's that simple!


What if I need more credits than the monthly package includes?

You are billed for any excess credits at the end of the current cycle. In FREE TRIAL, you must upgrade package before additional credits are available to you.
